Hypocritical Excusal of Man's Words

It's common for those who reject the Bible as binding upon all mankind to cite as their excuse the fact that it was "written by man." True, men penned it, but under the divine inspiration of the Triune God.

Having dismissed the Bible as not having relevance in their lives these skeptics go on to live out their existence in strict accordance to the dictates of ... well, men. If there is no God then there's no one else to listen to but men. Even if "men" means their "inner voice" or conscience.

Rather than address the hypocrisy inherent with their basis for rejection of the Bible, the skeptics plod merrily along in life, content with their strict adherence to irrational thought.
